Fourth Time Around in Marlboro, MA (Mar. 17, 2014)
Mark, can this really be our fourth cooking class together?! Your Marlboro, MA. cooking classes (gathering together clients and friends – and family) always include generous amounts of good laughs added to the ingredients…
Remember a past class when your greengrocer gave you a fennel, thinking it a leek? (“You can’t make a leek frittata with a fennel” was the refrain of that class!) This class was highlighted with a strong “Italian infusion”: your heritage, as well as that of Jackie, Fred, Debbie and her lovely parents, Don and Sophie. And everyone else might not have been Italian but …by the end of the evening they certainly were!
Mille grazie to all who joined in our Umbrian feast, whether through the cooking or just via the savoring of the banquet. And special thanks to Fred, stalwart dishwasher at the sink throughout the evening.
…and here are a few comments:

“Thank you for a memorable evening – delicious food, good conversation and an interesting animated teacher” Sophie and Don
“Thank you for a wonderful explanation and not only of the food but your stories as well…” Jackie
