   Feb 8th, 9th – open for cooking classes or lectures in Los Angeles area **

Feb 10th – fly to San Francisco Bay Area

   Feb 11th, 12th – open for cooking classes or lectures in SF Bay Area **

   Feb 13th – Umbrian banquet lunch in private home in Belmont, CA (some spots open)

   Feb. 14th to 18th, inclusive – open for cooking classes or lectures in SF Bay Area **

   Feb 19th – cooking class in private home in Sacramento, CA (sold out)

   Feb 20th – cooking class in private home in Danville, CA (almost sold out)

   Feb 21st – open for cooking class or lecture in Oakland, CA area **

   Feb 22nd – cooking class in private home in Menlo Park, CA ( sold out)

Feb 23rd – fly to Seattle, WA

                   Westmoreland County Community College, Pittsburgh

   Mar 5th – cooking class in private home in Pittsburgh (sold out)

Mar 6th – fly to NYC

   Mar 6th – cooking class in NYC private home (almost sold out)

   Mar 7th – cooking class in NJ private home (almost sold out)

   Mar 8th, 9th, 10th – open for cooking classes or lectures in NYC, NJ, CT – or in Philadelphia **
   Mar 11th – lecture event sponsored by Live It, LLC in Saratoga Springs, NY
