Linda and Tim and their wonderful gruppo joined me this fall for a memorable Deruta rural feast. See their enthusiasm in these photos – and taste the goodness!
All were enchanted- and not just by the rural goodness.

Lunch at Giuseppa’s is…..a truly authentic adventure which most travelers are not fortunate enough, or are not provided with, an opportunity to experience. With total disregard to linguistic and cultural boundaries we were provided with that opportunity and treasure it. Thank you Anne! Thank you Giuseppa!” Diane G.
“Giuseppa’s amazing lunch, proud heritage, and delightful hostessing made a lasting impression of the strength her soul holds!! After recently losing her husband , her ability to share joy was just incredible.
Thanks for a unique Italian meal & home experience” Michaeline
Our lunch at Giuseppa’s was for me one of the nicest moments of our amazing Italian vacation!
..….And there was the never ending amount of food and wine.
And the overlapping conversation and laughter throughout our meal made for a time I will always remember. I didn’t want to leave her home…” Anne G
“…… Everything we ate came from her farm, including the prosciutto aged for three years. At the end of the meal she decided to share her late husband Paolo’s homemade vinsanto with us. He died during Italy’s horrible first wave of COVID. She cried as she poured it and we all cried with her.” Diane
