Sharing Assisi and Umbria with each and every apartment guest brings joy. The joy is compounded when I read notes like the ones from Kaye:
“Anne, you made cooking a meal an experience of fun and joy that I haven’t had in a long time,” she wrote after joining others to cook – and feast – in our farmhouse.
Before leaving Assisi and our apartment there for home, she wrote:
“Anne, ‘Thank you’ just doesn’t seem to express adequately how I feel about the hospitality I have experienced from you in the last week. Assisi was everything I had hoped for and more: really because I was able to see it through your eyes – and feel it with your passion.
I have so many delightful and wonderful memories that I am taking home with me.
