The most gratifying leave-taking after a U.S. cooking class is the invitation to come back again the following year!
Mille grazie, Judy and David, for bringing together such an enthusiastic group to hear the stories, the legends, followed by cooking up the Umbrian goodness:
“Loved having you here – loved your stories and legends. Can’t wait until next year.” Judy and David
And thanks to each of our “cooks” for your enthusiasm and participation (as you see in the photos below) and for your kind comments:
“I never get tired of a kitchen that smells good! What a fabulous day. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and stories!” Karen and Gerry
“Fantastico! I love to cook and you taught us so much!” Gary and Allie
“Thank you for wonderful education. I can’t wait to do it in my home for my family.” Dixie
“Thank you for sharing Umbria with us!” Sandra and Denman
“Thanks for an amazing class. Lots of fun, very ‘hands-on’ – and I loved your message of not wasting food!” Aidan
“Enjoyed the experience tremendously – promise to make those meals at home!” Jesse
“…a wonderful experience. Hopefully, you can be our guide one day in Umbria.” Nancy
“We felt like we were in la cucina with our rowdy family. Brava!” Mildred
“Such an enjoyable experience!” Rita and Martin
“Bellissimo!…” Karen
Most of these photos were sent to me by Judy – and here and there, I slipped in one of my own:
