Cooking together is always a connection – and many of my U.S. classes re-unite me with old friends and past tour guests. A “culinary reunion” happened once again, in Alexandria, VA: how good to re-connect with hosts Barb and Joe after touring together in Umbria over ten years ago!
As we-prepped for the class, I asked Barb (from Ohio) how the cooking class at her son Jeff’s home in Alexandria came about: “It’s always a dilemma: what to give those two for Christmas – and this year I decided on a cooking class with you for Jeff and Heather and their friends.”
Barb and Joe, good to link up again while slicing and dicing. Thanks to all of our enthusiastic cooks and very glad to be part of your Christmas gift, Jeff and Heather!
Buon Natale!
